Sofer Rabbi Yitzchok Weinberger and his partner Sofer will check, free of charge, the externals of Tefillin. Rabbi Weinberger will also be offering, for a fee, interior tefillin checks and mezuza checks (drop-off). Please let him know if you are requesting an interior tefillin check or are dropping off mezuzot. Please contact him at www.cjid.org/shaare-tefillah-tefilin-and-mezuzah-checking.html.
