Refa'enu is hosting Youth Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training courses on January 5 and February 9 in Bergen County, NJ, to take place at Congregation Shaare Tefillah in Teaneck. The goal is to provide parents, educators, youth program directors, and anyone who works with or interacts with youths ages 12-18 with the information and hands-on skills to help with mental health and addiction conditions -- especially in a crisis situation (e.g., suicidality, psychosis, overdose, panic attacks.)
