Dear Parents,

We hope this letter finds you well and enjoying your summer. As you’re probably
aware, Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur are just around the corner and the Youth
Department has been working very hard in organizing quality childcare services for
the holidays.
In addition to our annual holiday babysitters who do a great job watching our
children, we are also including many organized activities as well as programs run by
professional entertainers throughout the day. We have teachers who have volunteered
to come lead tefillah, songs and discussions about the holidays in a meaningful way.

In order to make this operation run as smoothly as possible and enable us to have the
right number of babysitters and programming for the children, we need to know from
you if your children will be here for either one or both holidays and the ages of your
kids who will be participating in the childcare services. Please fill out the enclosed
sign up sheet with this information and return it to us either by mail or email.

There is no cost involved for regular members and a fee of $36 per child for associate
and non-shul members if reservations are made prior to August 15th (There will be a
$50 per child fee after August 15th).

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT is 2 years old for babysitting.
